电影里和主角相恋的女孩是个盲人，其实哪里有什么女孩，其实主角原型本身由于疾病的关系基本失明
家家团圆的圣诞节夜，孤身的老医生漫不经心奔波在各个家庭间看病，透露着孤独与无奈。突如其来的意外让医生行动不便，阴差阳错和今晚同样在外工作的外卖小哥合作，让其假扮医生继续帮人看病。整片矛盾不断精彩不断，伴随着轻快幽默，原本无聊枯燥的夜晚，两个孤独的人合作相伴，倒也让今晚多了份温馨的意义。各个病例逐渐升华，最后一个患者生小孩，那一瞬间真的泪崩，感动。影片happy ending，老医生对儿子去世事实的释怀，与儿子生前女友的和解，外卖小哥边开出租车边进修学医，平凡的生活小事中隐藏着美好的小愿望。对了，外卖小哥三次不同身份遇到同一个自带喜感的光头中年男子，一脸懵逼却又如此巧合搞笑
