学区房的‘最后一分钟营救’，影片的社会性建立在‘对于一群和房子发生捆绑关系的个体的剖析’之上，其中有婚姻问题、校园内部各种不正风气、地域歧视、房产市场乱象等等，但严格来说是横向的呈现，而并非如标题和结尾一样引向对于’教育资源问题和政策’的拷问
剧情只能说一般，演员有好多年轻的大牌，比《华尔街》差远了
两星半，比系列的第二部好，想必有罗德里格兹编剧的原因，结尾回到第一部结局，告诉观众这就是那个酒馆的前身（突然有种淡淡的《人猿星球》意味）。当然这部依然是罗德与昆汀参与制片，以贯写恐怖死亡题材小说的作家安布罗斯·比尔斯于墨西哥失踪开头，相比第二部cult风格又回来了，尤其我一帧帧拉了好几次被爆头一幕。酒馆中的弹奏与舞蹈也比较有意思。
